Return Policy

At Solohmonkit, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our timepieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your peace of mind.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, protective films, booklets, and accessories must be included
  • The item must be returned in its original watch box and outer shipping box (if available)
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or alterations

Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional but appreciated)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not return any items without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to return your item. Solohmonkit is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a returned item is received in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing components), we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you at your expense.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a watch that is damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that involves a replacement, repair, or full refund.


6. Exchanges

At this time, Solohmonkit does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different model, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.
